I have been teaching Pilates for over 2 years now…...
I value the flexibility that Pilates provides by allowing for both stability and resistance training. I hope to provide a balanced but intensive work out that clients will enjoy. I’m committed to growing in knowledge, adding more quality and understanding to my practice to help me become a better teacher and improve my mind and body.
I find joy in helping people and strive to cultivate my clients' body awareness and understanding of Pilates, as I grow myself. Outside of Pilates, I enjoy nature and am currently focusing on Calisthenics to build strength in mind and body.
