I have loved sports and fitness for as long as I can remember...
I even loved working out to my Mom’s Denise Austen VHS tapes as a young girl. An avid runner, my Pilates curiosity began as a supplement to these high impact workouts. I’ve found many benefits from Pilates, not only in running, but in daily life. I love that there is no ceiling, only growth with these workouts. I’m excited to be part of the Key Pilates community and look forward to impacting client's fitness journeys!
