Key Policies
We appreciate your attention to and respect for our studio policies.

New member registration is required.

All classes and private sessions follow a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who fail to adhere to this policy will be charged unless we are able to fill the vacancy.

All classes and private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for your session unless we are able to book another client as a result of your cancellation.

Key Pilates is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal property.

Key Pilates reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance.

Showing up more than 10 minutes late for a group class may result in being denied admittance while still being charged for the class.

There will be a $40 fee charged for returned checks.

Please pay by check or credit card only. We do not keep cash in the studio.

Class times and instructors are subject to change. No refunds will be given due to schedule changes after sufficient notice has been given.
No credits or refunds on any packages or services.
Attire

Clothing – Long fitted pants, shorts or leggings preferred. While loose t-shirts are not recommended, most workout shirts are acceptable. If you wear loose fitting shorts, please be certain to wear compression shorts underneath to prevent exposure when your legs are up in the air.

Shoes – Please leave shoes in the provided cubbies. Socks must be worn on the equipment at all times. We recommend wearing socks with grips on the bottom. Grip socks are sold in the studio. For Mat classes, bare feet are acceptable, socks are recommended.

Jewelry – Please keep it to a minimum or forgo it for the hour. It could catch on equipment and cause an accident.
Inclement Weather Policy

We will do everything possible to accommodate you in the event of school closings and/or unsafe conditions.

Always check the online web scheduler for any class cancellations or studio closings.

If weather conditions prevent you from attending your session and reasonable notice is given, your class charge may be waived.

Please call/text your instructor, call/email the studio and cancel your session online in our web scheduler.
Public Health Policy

For the safety of staff, clients, and our community, we frequently clean and disinfect all regularly used surfaces in accordance with CDC guidelines. In keeping the well-being of our staff, clients and community a priority, please do not enter the studio if you are sick or symptomatic or have recently been in contact with someone who is sick or symptomatic.

By offering virtual options for most of our services, we will make every effort to accommodate our clients.
