1v1 Training

(In person and virtual)

Each body is unique, with its own history of use, aches, pains, and injuries. 

One on one instruction provides clients with the most individual and comprehensive instruction we offer. This allows instructors to teach to the specific needs of the individual, allowing the client to get the most out of each session.

Each session will include work on mat, reformer, chair, and all other Pilates apparatus.

Duet Training

A great option for partners and couples interested in increasing their fitness and wellbeing, together. Duet training allows more individual instruction than small group classes while allowing clients to share the experience with a family member, friend, or significant other.

 

Each session will include work on mat, reformer, chair, and all other Pilates apparatus.

$60 per person, per hour

Small Group Classes

With a maximum of five participants per class, Small Group classes allow instructors to give the necessary attention to each person. Working in a group setting, clients learn from one another as their instructor teaches to each individual during the class.

A great option for friends and coworkers. 

 

Classes combine mat, reformer, chair, and other apparatus and range from Beginner Advanced.

During the last several decades, a misconception evolved that Pilates is a stretching practice created for women and the aging population. As more individuals from all walks of life are reaping the benefits of Pilates, elite athletes have started using its exercises to increase performance and prevent injury. EveryBODY seeking to feel better, do everyday activities more effectively, increase strength, mobility, and balance will find a consistent Pilates practice is the key.
