From a young age, sports have always been a huge part of Tori's life, and she was always looking for something new to give her a competitive edge. She used weight lifting, agility training, yoga, and more to find that advantage. After retiring from volleyball, she found Pilates. It became the perfect edge she was looking for.
She loves the attention to detail Pilates brings. The intentionality behind each exercise creates a vital mind/body awareness that every athlete could use! Key Pilates is a place for people of any age or fitness level to prevent or recover from injuries, increase overall athletic performance, and improve quality of life.
Tori is not only a Pilates instructor, but she also brings to Key Pilates her knowledge and experience as a strength and conditioning coach, a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and corrective exercise specialist. She is a well-rounded and creative instructor, and she prides herself on making her classes challenging and fun.
